Without water
Appearance: A light golden pale yellow.
Nose: A gentle peppery piquant aroma giving way to well-balanced creamy apricot and custard notes.
Palate: Masterfully balanced light peat with inviting layers of tropical fruits and vanilla.
Finish: A superb, long finish letting the light peat transform into a final fruity finish.
With Water
Appearance: A delicate pale straw colour.
Nose: A welcoming hit of baked banana and vanilla with a gentle hint of light peat
Palate: A complex sweetness is offered comprising of stewed fruits, butterscotch, and a light touch of black pepper.
Finish: A well-rounded finish reminding you of the palate flavours and dimensions.

We had the pleasure of working with the Kilchoman team to choose this very special cask. It's a 15 year old Private Cask bottled exclusively for Spiritfilled. As with all our releases, it's natural colour and non chill filtered. Bottled at 55.5%.
