We recently launched our own series of independent bottlings: Mythical Beasts. In this series features we're showcasing the best single cask whiskies. Our first release was a 12-year-old Caol Ila finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask.
We've loved seeing your photos, reading your reviews, and hearing about your tasting notes. It's been one of the best bits of launching our first whisky.
